Our admissions team can help review PPO insurance benefits and answer questions about coverage as part of the admissions process. We work with many private PPO plans, and coverage varies by policy and clinical needs.
The plans shown below are examples of insurers we commonly work with, but they are not an exhaustive list. If your plan is not shown, we encourage you to reach out so we can review options with you directly.
We do not accept Medi-Cal, Medicare or Medicaid. Our program works exclusively with private PPO insurance and private pay.
Care at Desert Willow Wellness often begins with medically supervised detox and continues into private residential treatment when appropriate. We serve adults who need a structured, supportive environment to stabilize safely and then transition into care focused on understanding, clarity, and preparation for what comes next. 01. Call & Initial Conversation
You connect with a real person who takes time to listen and understand what is happening. We ask a few thoughtful questions to clarify the situation and ensure the conversation feels supportive, not rushed.
02. Right Level Of Care
Based on what we learn, we help determine whether detox, residential treatment, or another option makes sense. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and help point you toward other resources when possible.
03. Admission & Planning
If you choose to move forward, we walk you through insurance verification and next steps at a clear, manageable pace. When appropriate, we assist with planning and coordination related to arrival, always guided by each person’s circumstances.
04. Stabilization & Treatment
Once admitted, clients begin medically supported stabilization & structured residential treatment. Care is individualized and focused on safety, stability, and preparing for the next phase of recovery.

Every call is answered by a real person and handled with care, attention, and respect. Calling does not commit you to treatment.
